A document is charged once, when it reaches a final outcome. These cases never count — not against the free quota, and not on the invoice.

Reverse charge
A valid VAT number that we verify — you account for VAT. No valid number, or verification unavailable: Cyprus VAT is added.

Prepaid balance
You add funds before you upload. Minimum top-up €25.00. Unused funds expire twelve months after the top-up that created them. Monthly invoice in arrears only where we agree in writing.
Metering

Reviews, re-runs, and re-validations of the same document do not add a second charge.
